We turn plastic sheets into plastics solutions.

We are committed to responding quickly and efficiently to the needs of our customers. Our dedicated office and production staffs work together to provide you with complete and total support. By maintaining this outstanding level of service, we are able to meet cost projections, manufacture consistently superior products, and deliver them on schedule.

Put our experience and design capabilities to work for you.  We always want to help as early in product development as we are needed. Accel primarily uses Pro/Engineer for design work, and we are capable of reading other native file formats, such as Solidworks, SolidEdge and of course all popular neutral format cad data types.

Eight forming stations in sizes from 36" x 36" up to 72" x 108" allow Accel to mold a wide range of part sizes.
Parts of smaller sizes can be run in multiple cavity tools to lower costs and increase efficiency.
Computerized timing and individual upper and lower heater zone controls ensure repeatability and part-to-part consistency.

OVENOVENOVEN

Seven heavy duty CNC controlled, 5-axis routers allow for trimming of part sizes up to 5' x 10' ( 153cm x 305cm )
Because all trimming is automated and computer controlled, tight tolerance is reliably maintained throughout production.
